These evenings are aimed to attract everyone, from those with no previous experience, to those who are competent but are looking for new ideas.
You will cook and then sit down to enjoy a delicious dinner, with wine throughout the evening.
The courses are great fun, highly entertaining and informative. The
evenings vary in content with some classes offering a more complex menu
and others the opportunity to cook simple, homely food. Check out your

The Tarte Tatin Course (formerly known as the Mashed Potato Course!) is well structured and aims to give confidence in the kitchen as well as providing great ideas for those keen to increase their knowledge of cooking. The
Crème Brulée Course is for “graduates” of the first course or for those interested in learning more advanced recipes.
